Add your own URL to Google
You can make your own website and publish it in the World Wide web. You can add and update new sites to Google index each time Google crawl the web, and they invite you to submit your URL there. They do not add all submitted URLs to there index, and cannot make any predictions or guarantees about when or if they will appear.
Only the top-level page from a host is necessary; you do not need to submit each individual page. There crawler, Googlebot, will be able to find the rest. Google updates its index on a regular basis, so updated or outdated link submissions are not necessary. Dead links will 'fade out' of the index on the next crawl when they update the entire index.
So keep on updating your website regularly, to avoid from getting fadded out.
